REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unhappy with your purchase? Please review our Exchanges, Returns and Refunds policies and email hello@myfamily-thebook.com. Please include your order number.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges may only be arranged for damaged or faulty orders.
In the unfortunate event your order is damaged or faulty, please email hello@myfamily-thebook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We only accept returns if items have been damaged or incorrectly dispatched.
We will not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind.
Returned items must be returned as new, within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept damaged items or items without the original order number and receipt.
Refunds will be made within 14 working days of the items being returned and received by There There Co. The refund will be credited to the account used at time of purchase.
We are unable to refund delivery costs. Return mail and resend costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Do you ship overseas?
We currently operate in Australia.
All international orders will incur international delivery fees and may incur local customs fees or duties. For international orders and delivery quotes, please contact hello@myfamily-thebook.com
How much is postage?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.00 to anywhere in Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship using standard Australian postage. Typical shipping times are 3-5 working days to all Australian capital cities and longer to regional cities.
My book has arrived...but there’s a problem.
Please review our exchange, refund and returns policies and email hello@myfamily-thebook.com, including your order number. Our team will be in touch with the next steps.
Help! My order hasn’t arrived.
Please contact hello@myfamily-thebook.com and we will do our best to help locate your order.
There There Co. is under no obligation to replace or refund orders misplaced due to incorrect or insufficient shipping details, or items shown as successfully delivered by the postage provider.
Any orders returned to There There Co. will require an additional delivery charge of $5.00 to be redirected or resent.
If There There Co. is at fault for the error, a replacement copy will be sent.
